What we collect on this site, and why.
When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), and the message you write. This is emailed directly to our team so we can respond to you, and a basic record (name, email, phone, submission time, and the IP address the form was submitted from) is kept so we can confirm the form is working and see who has been in touch. We don't use this information for marketing and don't share it with third parties, other than the email provider that delivers the message.
We keep a basic log of page views — the page visited, browser information, and IP address — to understand how many people visit the site and to detect abuse or spam. We don't use this to build profiles of individual visitors, and we don't use third-party advertising or analytics cookies.
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details in the footer below to make either request.
